In 2008 the Winery building was constructed. This was the final step in
preparing the project for commercial wine production. The winery was bonded shortly
after construction and is now is a "Limited Wholesale Winery" located in Santa Ysabel,
CA in San Diego County. Eagle Gap Winery uses all its estate grapes for wine
production and has relationships with other commercial vineyards that supply high quality
fruit.

Eagle Gap Winery...The interior is
loosely separated into 4 areas. The
main tasting area is unlike most
traditional wineries. It is a warm
comfortable space more for
entertaining friends and family than
traditional wine tasting. Towards
the rear of the building is the wine
making, storage, and barrel storage
ares. The two other rooms are a
comfortable and stylish bathroom
complete with shower, and a
Kitchen that does double duty as a
lab and an office.

Views...from the front and back of the winery are spectacular! Looking out over the Lake Henshaw basin the eye
travels over 30 miles to the other side. Throughout the days the view is ever changing with the sun angle, cloudscape
and weather continually offering new and spellbinding variations. Looking out the back of the winery one gets a strong
sense of place by looking directly at the Main vineyard. The two main garage doors on either end of the winery are to
open up and let the beauty of the location inside the building.
